Pre-Workshop Interview:
Standard procedure is to conduct brief telephone interview of all attendees before workshop. This helps to insure that attendees derive the maximum benefit from the workshop.

Workshop Times:
8:30am to 5pm, Saturday & Sunday
Registration Check-in: 8:00 - 8:20am
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Attendees canceling their registration before 21 days of the workshop will receive a full refund. Registrations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $125.00 if notice is received less than 21 days, but prior to 48 hours from the start date of the workshop. Within 48 hours from the start date of the workshop all registrations and tuition fees are considered final and non-refundable.
Presenter Substitution - Change of Venue:
If for any reason a scheduled presenter is not able to appear they will be replaced with a Gottman Certified Couples Workshop Leader. In the event a venue or presenter is changed, no reimbursements will be given.
Workshop Cancellation:
If the workshop is cancelled for any reason and the Attendee is unable or unwilling to attend on a rescheduled date, the Attendee will receive a refund for 100% of fees paid with the exception of force majeure. We are not responsible for nor will we reimburse any travel, accommodation or other related expenses the Attendee has incurred in the event of a cancelled workshop.
