Lisa Lund, MFT, CRC presents “Help Your Couples Move from Gridlock to Dialogue” at this years state CAMFT 51st Annual Conference. John Gottman’s research revealed that 69% of the problems couples argue about cannot be resolved. Happy couples develop a dialogue with these perpetual problems, while unhappy couples become gridlocked and engage in destructive interaction patterns. As couples therapists, one of the biggest challenges we face is how to help couples break gridlock and find constructive ways to talk about their differences. In this presentation you will learn the Gottman Blueprint for guiding your couples through conflict discussions.
